Story by: Jette Collins The National Elections Commission of Liberia has finally released the final results of the August 23, 2011 National Referendum, declaring that none of the four propositions obtain a two-third to effect constitutional changes. Giving the final results Wednesday at the head office of the NEC in Monrovia, Co-Chairperson Commissioner Elizabeth Nelson, said all 4,457 polling places in the 15 counties have reported with the turnout of 615,703 or 34.2 percent of the 1,798,930 registered voters across the country.
